Caroline Vivaldi is an economist, specialized in financial systems, agribusiness, economic and sustainable development, data analysis, and international cooperation. She has worked as a specialist in sustainable finance and ESG at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the Central Bank of Brazil, and the Ministry of Economy. She supported actions in the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group (SFWG) in Indonesia, Brazil, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). She was an economist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA), technical advisor at ICLEI, consultant for UNDP/UN, and coordinator of international projects at Bancoob. Member of the Working Groups of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban), Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (Anbima), and the Financial Innovation Laboratory (Lab). She has participated in over 100 technical publications. She is a Sustainable Development Advisor at the Brazil-Saudi Arabia Investment, Trade and Industry Center (Cicibas).

Daniela Rocha holds a degree in Accounting Sciences with an MBA in Strategic Project Management, Postgraduate degree in Fiscal/Public Management, Public Auditing, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance. She holds certifications in PMI, Scrum Master, Acquisitions, PMCoach 4, Disbursements in Convergence Intermediary and Master, Social and Environmental Safeguards – Fundamentals and Intermediate Risk Management in Projects. She has a career trajectory in the areas of finance, planning, management, and monitoring of development projects. She has extensive experience in fiscal matters, housing, transportation, and urban development, having worked at the Ministries of Economy and Foreign Affairs in Brazil, the Inter-American Development Bank, UNDP/UN, and Fonplata. Sohail Bin Mahmood is a Saudi citizen, with a degree in Information Systems and expertise in project management and international relations. He holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and an ESG Investing certification from the CFA Institute. For over 20 years, he has worked to strengthen economic, trade, and cultural ties in the Gulf region, being a pioneer in fostering relations between Saudi Arabia and Brazil. He is the Founder and CEO of CICIBAS – the Brazil-Saudi Arabia Center for Investment, Trade and Industry; Co-founder and General Manager of Gulfco Brasil – Trade & Commercial Brokerage, based in Panama; Co-founder of Al-Janib Al-Sharqi Trading Co, and a member of the Saudi-Latin Business Council under the Federation of Saudi Chambers. He also serves as a strategic advisor to various public and private institutions in Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf countries. Sohail previously worked at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served in diplomatic roles at embassies in Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela. He authored “Brazil Under the Microscope” (in Arabic, 2006) and “A Knight of the Desert: King Abdulaziz Al Saud” (2023), the first book in Portuguese about the Saudi royal family. Sohail has been awarded the Juscelino Kubitschek Medal twice (2019 and 2023) by Brazil, in recognition of his bilateral contributions.

She also served as a Director of ANBIMA, representing CAIXA on the board. She was a Commercial Director at Caixa Cartões and Director of Risk and Internal Controls at Insurtech Youse. She served as Risk Director at IRB RE, also responsible for the sustainability area. She served as a board member at IRB RE, VLI, and OTP Transporte. Since 2022, she has been a mentor to startups, with a special focus on Fintechs.
