Caroline Vivaldi

Founding Partner and CEO

Sustainable Finance | Climate Change | ESG 

Caroline Vivaldi is an economist, specialized in financial systems, agribusiness, economic and sustainable development, data analysis, and international cooperation. She has worked as a specialist in sustainable finance and ESG at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the Central Bank of Brazil, and the Ministry of Economy. She supported actions in the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group (SFWG) in Indonesia, Brazil, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). She was an economist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA), technical advisor at ICLEI, consultant for UNDP/UN, and coordinator of international projects at Bancoob. Member of the Working Groups of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban), Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (Anbima), and the Financial Innovation Laboratory (Lab). She has participated in over 100 technical publications.

Daniela Rocha

Daniela Rocha holds a degree in Accounting Sciences with an MBA in Strategic Project Management, Postgraduate degree in Fiscal/Public Management, Public Auditing, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance. She holds certifications in PMI, Scrum Master, Acquisitions, PMCoach 4, Disbursements in Convergence Intermediary and Master, Social and Environmental Safeguards – Fundamentals and Intermediate Risk Management in Projects. She has a career trajectory in the areas of finance, planning, management, and monitoring of development projects. She has extensive experience in fiscal matters, housing, transportation, and urban development, having worked at the Ministries of Economy and Foreign Affairs in Brazil, the Inter-American Development Bank, UNDP/UN, and Fonplata. Certified in Acquisitions, PMCoach 4, Scrum Master, Disbursements in Convergence Intermediary and Master, Social and Environmental Safeguards – Fundamentals and Intermediate Risk Management in Projects.

Thais Peters

Founding Partner

Financial Market | Risk Management 

Economist, financial market specialist, master in business economics, and doctoral candidate in sustainability. With over 20 years of experience in the financial market and insurance sector, she has held executive positions in major institutions, such as Caixa Econômica Federal, where she served as superintendent of financial planning, credit restructuring director, and vice-president of investment funds. She also held the position of Director at ANBIMA, representing CAIXA in the collegiate.

She also served as commercial director at Caixa Cartões and migrated to the insurance sector, where she held the position of director of risks and internal controls at the Insurtech Youse. Since 2022, she has been working as a Startup mentor, with a special focus on Fintechs.

Recently, she served as Risk Director at IRB RE, Brazil’s largest Reinsurer, taking on additional responsibility for the sustainability area. In this position, she was responsible for sustainability risk management, with a special focus on environmental and climate risks, conducting modeling to mitigate financial impacts and protect financial results. Additionally, she led the structuring of the sustainability report, improving transparency and adherence to best sustainability practices.

In addition to her executive career, she has experience as a company board member, having served on the board of directors of three companies, IRB RE, VLI, and OTP Transport, which provided her with a strategic and integrated view of corporate management.

Fabio Maia is an Energy Engineer with an MBA in Business Management and specialization in ESG. He has 20 years of experience in the energy market, having worked in multinational companies such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and CTO. He was the CEO of a Startup in the Telemetry, Innovation, and sustainability segment of the electrical market, and in recent years has worked at Enel as a Senior Strategic Account Manager on projects in the ESG segment.

Gabrielle Pagliusi

Economist

Research | Sustainability | Knowledge Management

Gabrielle Pagliusi is an economist with a Master’s and Doctorate in Regional Economics and Finance. She has 15 years of experience in economic research for growth and development, her area of research and expertise. She works as a professor in higher education and coordinator of the economics department at Unigran. She is a researcher and consultant for UNDP/UN on issues of social inequality, sustainable development, and economic growth. She has contributed to more than one hundred technical publications.

Hugo Iounchan

Energy Engineer

Renewable Energy | Green Hydrogen | Innovation

Hugo Iounchan is an electrical engineer, specialized in commercial management, investment analysis in centralized renewable power plants, and leadership, influence, and entrepreneurship. He has more than 10 years of experience in the electrical sector across Renewables, Energy Transmission and Distribution segments, as well as various industrial sectors. He has expertise in consultative sales, client portfolio management, new business prospecting, and team management. He has worked in organizations such as Siemens, Enel, and Quinto Energia, focusing on green hydrogen production and renewable energy.

Michel Constantino

Michel Constantino is a business administrator with a Master’s and Doctorate in Economics, specializing in applied econometrics. Speaker and Consultant in the field of Economics and Agribusiness. Professor at the Catholic University of Campo Grande-MS (UCDB), he was a visiting researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA). Data Scientist at the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development, State Coordinator for Apex Brasil in Mato Grosso do Sul. Specialist in R Programming, Big Data, and Machine Learning. Columnist and commentator on Economics for TV Morena and Correio do Estado of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Pollyane Alves

Pollyane Alves is a business administrator, specialized in executive project management. She has more than 10 years of experience in Planning, Monitoring, and Control of Projects funded with international and national resources, working in this area through all stages of preparation and execution. She actively collaborates with the management and monitoring of goals, schedules, budgets, indicators, risk management, results evaluation, and development and monitoring of project management tools.

Talita Sartori

Project Specialist

Talita Sartori is a business administrator and social communicator, specialized in knowledge management. She has 10 years of experience in international technical cooperation projects, programs, and actions in the business, governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations sectors, focusing on sustainability, social innovation, institutional communication, mobilization, and governance within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals. She specializes in systematization, methodologies and indicator analysis, management tools, and socioeconomic data platforms. She works in continuing education activities, development of collaborative methodologies, and conducting and monitoring engagement, technical, and academic working groups.
